The Financial Due Diligence Academy
The Objectives: The paramount goal of the Financial Due Diligence AcademyTM ("The Academy") is to provide finance professionals as well as private investors with the technical training and resources necessary to conduct prudent financial due diligence regarding investments. To accomplish this objective, training will address areas such as financial planning, management selection and oversight, performance measurements, asset allocation, risk measurements to name a few. Internationally focused, topics and concepts are universal in order to ensure widespread understanding. A sampling of topics that will be continuously addressed through various forums and continuing education are:

Certification
At the conclusion of the 3 day workshop, participants will be provided an option to take a 180 question multiple choice exam via computer. A passing score will gain the attendee a designation of "CFDDTM-Certified in Financial Due DiligenceTM" by the academy. Continuing education of 16 hours in due diligence related topics over two years will be required to be deemed an active member of the Academy.
Fees
The cost for the Certified in Financial Due DiligenceTM certification program will be $1,800 which includes costs for training, exam, and certification upon passing. The training program is 3 full days (24 hours). All attendees will receive a textbook plus additional written materials necessary to pass the certification examination.
Membership in the Academy
Annual Membership fees of $200 per year will be waived for attendees taking the certification program for the first year. As for interested parties wishing to join our group to be able to take advantage of our networking programs, continuing education training discounts, and informative information on events effecting due diligence are welcomed.
